Insurance 

As an out-of-network provider,  I do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients are able to get partial reimbursement if their insurance includes out-of-network benefits. I will provide you with a superbill (a specialized receipt) to submit to your plan. If you’re unsure how this works, I can walk you through the steps.

Payment

I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
