Andrea Andrews, LPC

I help individuals, couples, and families navigate complexity with clarity, connection, and compassion. Whether you’re facing neurodivergence-related challenges, relationship struggles, trauma, or major life transitions, I offer a space where your story is honored and your embodied experience can shift toward greater ease, regulation, and wholeness. My work is grounded in the belief that being truly understood can be transformational.

MY PATH TO THERAPY

I began in health education, working in hospitals and community settings, but quickly realized that knowledge alone isn’t enough, lasting change requires emotional connection and safety. That insight led me to therapy, where I could walk alongside people as they explore their internal world, rewrite old patterns, and move toward a more integrated self.

MY STYLE

Warm, curious, and direct. I integrate attachment, nervous system science, and experiential approaches to create a therapeutic space that is both grounded and transformative. I believe healing is not about fixing who you are, it’s about reconnecting with the wisdom and wholeness already within you.
